Project: Artificial piezoelectricity

Brief description:

Piezo electricity is generating electricity by means of application of pressure.  It is natural property of certain materials like quartz but cannot be feasibly utilized for production on large scale due to many shortcomings.

In the project we are trying to build a prototype of artificial Piezo electric substance which could feasibly produce electricity for utilization.

Project 2: Matrics- "Promoting SocioLearning"

Today, social networking flows into almost everyone’s blood in this world. It has captivated the 

whole world with its spectacular features providing the platform to interact virtually.

                                                 

But these days, such social networking sites are proving dud. Moreover, they are recently in the news because of the obscene and the unwanted matter present over there.   

In this project we aim at building an intranet website-by SKITians and for the SKITians. Matrics would enable us to remain in touch with students and teachers of SKIT, notify us about latest happenings of SKIT, keep a track of all our information and daily routine at SKIT and it provides us the finest educational portal too.

Project 3: Water Purification

Brief description:

Today water purifier rests in everyone’s home still there remain many families which still can’t afford it and are generally ignorant about them.

In this project we are building a new model of water purifier, bringing out the innovation to provide the society a cheaper, portable and an effective water purifier which would involve the technology of pure it, Tata swatch and Michael pitcchard’s life saving bottle. It would solve the basic problem of society and as this water purifier would run without electricity it would prove helpful in any kind of calamity which strikes the globe.
